5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Consultations and workshop participation must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of payment where applicable.

5.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or workshop may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

5.3 Consultant Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled consultation or workshop, we will make every reasonable effort to provide at least 24 hours' notice and offer rescheduling options or a full refund at your discretion.

Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
