ConsultSmart began in 2010 when founders Emily Reynolds and Marcus Chen identified a critical gap in the consultation industry. As experienced consultants themselves, they observed that while much attention was focused on improving consultant techniques, very little guidance was available for clients on how to maximize their consultation experiences.
This insight led to the development of our first workshop, "Making the Most of Your Consultation," which quickly gained popularity among corporate clients seeking to improve returns on their consultation investments. What started as a two-person operation has now grown into a respected organization with offices in three cities and a team of specialized consultants and educators.
